Did you know that April is the Month of the Green Garden? How would we represent ourselves as an ecosystem? What kind of biodiversity would we find within ourselves? This session will explore the intersection between nature and identity. It will either take place in Anne garden at UCR if the weather is good, or in the ZB.

As our creative endeavours are often sidelined due to prioritising work and social life, Arts Anonymous provides a chance for students to reconnect with themselves through art. It would also create a positive and safe environment for students to express deeper thoughts and feelings with one another, using their art as a gateway into connecting more profoundly both with themselves and with the group. 
 
It must be stated that Arts Anonymous is in no way a replacement for professional mental health support. People who suffer from serious mental health issues are advised to seek professional help and cannot expect Arts Anonymous to provide that.
 
There will be material available, however, participants can bring supplies of their own if they have them and want to use them.

All participants agree to clean up after themselves and promote a positive, safe environment by signing up.
