As our creative endeavours are often sidelined due to prioritising work and social life, Arts Anonymous provides a chance for students and adults to reconnect with themselves through art.

It must be stated that Arts Anonymous is in no way a replacement for professional mental health support. People who suffer from serious mental health issues are advised to seek professional help and cannot expect Arts Anonymous to provide that.  

It would also create a positive and safe environment to express deeper thoughts and feelings with one another, using their art as a gateway into connecting more profoundly both with themselves and with the group.

There will be material available, however, participants can bring supplies of their own if they have them and want to use them.
All participants agree to clean up after themselves and promote a positive, safe environment by signing up.
